This is the third painting of my new series of paintings I'm calling 'Queens'.
I think artists are royalty. Also like in chess, queens have the ability to maneuver through all cultures and societies without boundaries.
I think the only reason they are not celebrities is because their art doesn't make other people boat loads of money like actors and athletes do.
I have been an artist my whole life, I'm in my late 40's and live in a five story warehouse in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, United States. I specialize in figure painting but also do cityscapes and an occasional dog painting.
